Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping charges are calculated directly by UPS and USPS and are based on package weight and size, delivery distance, and shipping method.

Unfortunately, weight plays a significant factor in determining shipping costs and candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio.
For example:
If you purchase a shirt for $500, shipping is likely going to be approximately $10, (2% of the price). On the other hand, if you purchase $500 worth of candy, your shipping cost will likely be $100 (20% of the cost of the candy). If you order $15 of candy, the shipping cost may be as high as $15 (100% of the cost of the candy).
Products such as jewelry, CDs, electronics, clothing, and flowers are light; therefore, their shipping costs will not represent a large percentage of their total order cost. Candy, for better or for worse, outweighs the competition!

We cannot issue credits or refunds for orders not delivered on specific dates unless you notified us that you needed the order by a certain date .
Because delivery times for orders shipped by ground delivery methods vary from state to state, no guarantees regarding delivery dates can be made. If you need your products on a certain day, please place an order within at least 14 days in advance.
​Dinos Party Supply is not responsible and cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control including inclement weather, natural disasters, accidents, other acts of god, and third-party carrier delays.

Address Corrections and Delivery Intercepts
The UPS charges for address correction around $15 per package. If you enter your address incorrectly when placing an order and UPS bills us for address correction costs, you are responsible for the charges and your card will be billed for all associated UPS fees. If you change your mind about an order after it has already shipped from our distribution center and you would like to re-route the package(s) back to Dinos Party Supply, the UPS charges for a delivery intercept around $15 per package. We will automatically bill all associated UPS fees to your credit card.

Timely delivery
Return Policy
Once the product leaves our warehouse, there can be no returns of edible products for any reason.
Our Meltable Products Policy still applies. Some products may melt in transit depending on the weather, but we will not be able to resend products.

All sales in-store are final, with no returns or exchanges.
​
We offer returns online if your non-edible product arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product.
